The EMC Content Management and Archiving User Group (formerly known as the EMC Documentum user groups) provide a friendly environment where customers can share experiences and advice, as well as join technical discussions with guest speakers from the EMC and user community. Currently, there are 4 user groups across Australia and New Zealand with additional groups in Europe and North America.

While the name of the community has changed, the focus on Documentum information has remained the same. The Content Management and Archiving (CMA) user groups will continue to keep the Documentum product set at the core of its meetings - while including additional information on related EMC archiving, scanning, capture and customer communication solutions.

The User Group acts as a communication channel with EMC regarding product issues and suggestions for future enhancements. By ensuring that EMC products comply with relevant federal legislation and policies, users can rely on a high quality product and level of service.
